02 ·   The diagnosis

If you're doing six figures and stuck,
it's almost never a traffic problem.

It's a leaky funnel that no agency wants to fix because they bill you the same either way. More ads on a broken offer makes the leak louder, not the bucket fuller.

Sound familiar?  ·  YES

01Revenue swings between $30k and $80k a month with no clear reason why.
02You're closing calls yourself because no setter or closer hits your numbers.
03Your last agency burned $40k in ad spend and shipped one Notion doc.
04Posting more content has stopped moving the needle — it's a content treadmill.
05You suspect the offer or the call structure is the bottleneck. You're right.

What we don't believe in  ·  NO

01Flat $8k/mo retainers billing for activity, not outcomes you can measure.
02"Post 90 days of content" while conversion silently bleeds out.
03Templated discovery decks sold by AEs who have never run an offer.
04Funnel-builder masterminds teaching the same VSL template to 400 founders.
05"Scale to seven figures" as a slogan with no specific bottleneck named.
03 ·   The partnership

Three stages.
One operator. Aligned incentives.

No discovery deck, no AE, no SDR. You work directly with me. We start by proving I understand your business better than the last three agencies combined — before you ever pay a dollar.

01 / AUDIT Week 0 · Free

I audit your funnel myself.

I go through every step a buyer takes — from ad to call to close — and identify the three highest-leverage breakpoints. You get a 12-page PDF + a 30-min Loom walking you through it. Yours to keep, even if we never work together.

You receive Funnel teardown · $0 · No deck pitched at the end
02 / FIX Weeks 1–4 · DFY

We fix conversion first.

VSL, sales page, application form, call script, setter SOP, follow-up sequences. Whatever the audit named as a bottleneck, I rebuild it. Existing traffic now compounds. You see lift before any new ad runs.

You receive Rebuilt funnel + 90-day playbook · % of revenue lift only
03 / SCALE Months 2–12

Then we pour fuel on it.

Paid traffic, creative, retargeting, organic distribution. Owned and operated by me, on a percentage of new revenue generated — never a retainer. If we don't grow it, you don't pay. Aligned incentives, every month.

You receive Acquisition partner · 12–18% of net new revenue
04 ·   What partners see

Numbers from the last eleven partnerships.

Twelve-month windows, post-audit. Median across active partners. Outliers in both directions exist; the audit will tell you honestly which side you're likely on.

Three agencies told me to spend more on ads. Adam told me to fix the call script first. Six weeks later, close rate doubled on the same traffic I'd already paid for.

05 ·   Honest fit check

This is not for everyone.
It's barely for anyone.

I take three to five new partnerships a quarter. I'd rather tell you no in week zero than waste a year of yours. If both columns ring true, we should talk.

+ Right fit
+You're between $30k and $150k/month in revenue, with a working — but inconsistent — offer.
+You sell something high-ticket ($3k+) — coaching, consulting, advisory, info-product, or done-for-you services.
+You've tried at least one agency and felt the retainer model isn't built to make you win.
+You're willing to be coached on the parts of your offer or call I tell you are broken.
+You want a partner, not a vendor — paid on outcomes, not invoices.
× Not for you
×You're under $20k/month and still validating the offer. Audit doesn't help yet.
×You sell at a low price point ($500 or under) — the percentage model doesn't make sense for either of us.
×You want a marketing department you can micromanage. I don't take direction on creative or scripts.
×You're not willing to change the offer, the script, or the call structure if the audit says you should.
×You want a guarantee with a refund clause. The model is the guarantee.
06 ·   Who you'll work with
★ Founder

I'm not an agency. I'm one operator who decided to put my fee where my work is.

Before ScaleYourInfo I ran paid acquisition inside three info-product companies. Two scaled past eight figures. The third didn't — and that's where I learned why traffic is almost never the real problem. The funnel under the traffic is.

Every partnership starts with me, personally, going through your funnel for free. If I don't see a clear lift on the table, I'll tell you. If I do, we work — on a percentage of what we make together. That's it. No deck, no team, no AE. One operator. Aligned incentives.

08 ·   Things people ask before applying

Honest answers to fair questions.

If you take a percentage, what stops you from chasing easy wins and ignoring my long-term brand?+
Two things. First, the contract is structured around net new revenue you keep for 12 months — not first-month spikes. Second, I take three to five partners a quarter. Burning a brand to look good in week three would end my pipeline. The model is the safeguard.
Why no retainer? What's the catch?+
No catch — but two filters. You need to already be doing real revenue ($30k+/mo) so a percentage is meaningful. And you need to be coachable on the parts of your funnel I tell you are broken. If both are true, the percentage model is genuinely better for both of us than a retainer.
What's actually in the free audit? Is it a sales call in disguise?+
It's a 12-page PDF and a 30-minute Loom — no live call required, ever. It names the three highest-leverage breakpoints in your funnel and what I'd do about each. Yours to keep and use. If you want to work together after that, you reply. If not, I never email you again.
How is this different from a high-ticket coach who teaches the same playbook to 400 people?+
I don't sell a course. I don't sell a community. I don't sell a template. I sell my time and my fee, indexed to your revenue. Three to five partners a quarter, end-to-end. There is no scaled version of this product — that's the whole point.
What if we work together and it doesn't grow?+
Then you owe nothing past the audit. Either side can exit on 30 days' notice with no penalty. I don't take partnerships I don't believe will grow — but if I'm wrong, you don't pay for the lesson.
Do you sign NDAs and data-share agreements?+
Yes — standard mutual NDA before the audit, and a partnership agreement before stage 02. All ad accounts, CRMs, and assets stay in your name. You own everything I build.

The summit is yours.
